Floor Cleaning & Care in Charlotte, NC

Hard floors that take a beating in Charlotte buildings

Charlotte is full of buildings with vinyl composition tile (VCT) and sealed concrete: schools in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools district, medical offices along the Providence Road and Randolph Road corridors, retail strips on South Boulevard and Independence Boulevard, and warehouses near the airport and along Interstate 85. Those floors look dull fast because foot traffic grinds dirt into the wax finish.

Our answer is a full restoration cycle: strip the old, yellowed wax, scrub the tile with a floor machine, lay down fresh coats of finish and burnish it to a high gloss. When a full strip is not needed yet, a scrub and recoat brings the shine back in a single night.

Red clay, pollen and humid summers

The Piedmont red clay that sticks to work boots and parking lots ends up in lobbies and hallways, and it stains carpet and grout. In spring the yellow pine pollen coats sidewalks, storefronts and building fronts all over Mecklenburg County. Summer humidity leaves mildew on north facing walls and shaded concrete.

That is why Charlotte clients often pair services: carpet extraction for entry mats and offices, pressure washing for sidewalks, dumpster pads and building fronts, and floor care for the hard surfaces inside.

Why a Charlotte crew makes a difference

Our base is in Charlotte, so most jobs in the city are close by. We bring our own burnishers, auto scrubber, carpet extractor and pressure washer with a surface cleaner, which lets us take on large schools and commercial buildings, not only small rooms. Monday to Friday we can work overnight, so offices, stores and schools open the next morning with clean, dry floors.
