We remove the old, yellowed finish down to the bare tile with professional stripper and a floor machine.

The floor is scrubbed, rinsed and neutralized so the new finish bonds to a clean surface.

Several thin coats of floor finish, each one dried before the next, for depth and protection.

01Can you work at night or on weekends?
Yes. Monday to Friday we work 24 hours, so floors can be done overnight while your building is closed. Saturday and Sunday we work from 8am to 5pm.
02How do I get an estimate?
Text 2 or 3 photos of the floor or space by WhatsApp, with the city and the approximate size. The estimate is free and there is no visit fee.
03Do you only do commercial work?
Commercial floor care is our specialty, but we also clean homes: deep cleaning, carpets, windows and pressure washing.
04Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. You can write to us in English or Spanish and the site is available in both languages.
05Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. We work with a satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, tell us and we come back to fix it.
