Post-Construction Cleaning in Charlotte for Contractors
Deep Cleaning High Quality does post-construction cleaning in Charlotte, NC and nearby cities for contractors, builders and property owners. We remove construction dust and leftover debris, clean windows, fixtures and surfaces, and finish the floors with our own machines, so the space is ready to hand over. We can work Monday to Friday 24 hours to meet a deadline. Send photos by WhatsApp for a free estimate.
When the build is done, the job is not done. Fine dust settles on every ledge, paint and tape marks stay on glass and fixtures, and the floors are covered in grit. That is the last thing a contractor wants the owner to see at the walkthrough.
Our crew handles the final clean with its own equipment, including floor machines for hard floors and an extractor for carpet. Because floor care is our main work, the floors leave the job looking finished, not just swept. We plan around your schedule and punch list.

01Do you work with contractors?
Yes. Contractors and builders are one of our main clients. We clean before the final walkthrough so the space is ready to hand over.
02Can you meet a tight deadline?
We work Monday to Friday 24 hours and weekends 8am to 5pm, so we can often schedule around a tight handover date. Tell us the date when you ask for the estimate.
03Do you also do the floors?
Yes. Floor care is our specialty, so we machine clean hard floors and can strip and wax VCT when the project needs it.
Tell us about your floor. We will tell you how it can shine.
